What You’ll Get at retailX

retailX has been held on an annual basis since 2018. Before then, it took place under a different name, the Internet Retailer Conference and Exhibition (IRCE) between 2005-2017. While the 2020 event was canceled, there was a virtual experience available to guests.

retailX is both a physical event and a digital platform that provides attendees with access to the trends and technology shaping retail’s digital future. During the two-day conference, guests will have the chance to hear from industry leaders through networking opportunities, keynote speeches, and exhibitions.

Attendees can look forward to learning more about topics like shopper-facing retail design, e-commerce, retail application, and the future of retail (both e-commerce and brick and mortar). The conference is a blend of what used to be three separate conferences: IRCE, GlobalShop, and RFID Journal Live. Because of this, guests can expect to learn about topics within the realms of digital retail, brick and mortar retail, retail design, and RFID technology.

Additionally, retailX’s virtual platform provides educational resources like blogs, webinars, and more that attendees can enjoy year-round.
